  my webpage is down..when logging in I receive this message:

  Hi,

  You have a two different issues going on here.

  Issue 1:

  The Domain Mapping upgrade that allows use of a custom domain on a WordPress.com site has expired. Domain Mapping is included in all WordPress.com paid plans:

  Once you have purchased a plan, here is a support document that will explain how to set up Domain Mapping with your domain:

  Issue #2:

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to fix the Domain Mapping issue.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
