Clear account information button

Hi,
I already imported my tumblr once in 2017, in light of the recent changes I wanted to import any posts made since then. Any tutorials I’ve found, say to clear account information, usually with a screenshot showing a button saying explicitly “Clear account information”. My Import Tumblr page does not have this button, there is a “Disconnect from Tumblr” where in the screenshots the Clear account button is.
Do I need to do something specific to make the button show up?

If you run the import now, posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer.
I can see that your import from wolveshowlatnight.tumblr.com has been completed and the import from ladykingair.tumblr.com is still queued and going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue.
At this point we’re unable to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though – it’s taking longer than anticipated, but the importer is running and will hopefully get to your site soon.

Thank you for your help! Just one more question, the import from wolveshowlatnight.tumblr.com is the one from last year, that I want to update, and the import button is missing. I only see the Finished status. Reconnecting with Tumblr added the new side blog I made this year to the list, but didn’t update the post numbers of the other blogs.
Do I need to refresh something to get the new posts or the import button to show up again?

I see another import running currently on that site for ladykingair… you won’t be able to run another import til that one is done.
What would you like to do?

ladykingair is done now, but I still don’t see the “Import this blog” button for wolveshowlatnight. The finished import for wolveshowlatnight is from 2017. How do I get the button to show up so I can import the new posts from 2018?

It looks like that import on wolveshowlatnight.wordpress.com has finished running now — please try importing the rest of your content and let us know if you run into any trouble. Be sure to leave your Tumblr account connected as disconnecting it could prevent the import from starting.
