clear account information not working when importing

    trying to import but it says i am already when im not and cleaning account information does not work, importing from tumblr.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

    Also, note our policy on mature content that @justjennifer mentioned above.

    Hi there,

    It looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.

    If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.
