Clear Account Information on Import Site not working

Hi! I’m trying to import my blog from Tumblr, and I hit the button for the wrong blog. I tried the Clear Account Information button, waited a bit, then tried to import the one I originally wanted, but it’s telling me it can only import one blog at a time. I re-tried the clearing a couple more times with the same result. Help? Thanks!

If it takes more than 24 hours for the import to complete, please revert to this thread and let us know.
Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff assistance in case they need to clear our the current import.

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

Hi! Still trying to import. It’s been over 24 hours now and it’s still just doing the little spinny thing – posts and drafts imported still read: 0 / 2640 0 / 513.

It imported one blog that had only one post in it, but the next one in my queue has been going for 2 days with no progress. Help?

The one-post blog import was actually not intentional – the one I’m currently trying to import (& for the past 2 days) has 2640 posts and 513 drafts.

Your import is still queued, so we’re still waiting. At this point we’re unable to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though – it’s taking longer than anticipated, but the importer is running and will hopefully get to your site soon.

quantumsparrow.wordpress.com <- stopped running but is also out of space. I’d recommend upgrading, then attempting to import again:
