  Hi there,

  If you want a fresh start on your WordPress.com site, you can delete all of your content from your site and still keep your current WordPress.com address.
  For this
  1. Delete all posts
  2. Delete all pages
  3. Delete all categories
  4. Delete all tags
  5. Delete all media

  Looks like you have deleted the site.
  Site deletion can be reversed within 30 days from the deletion.
  If you want to keep that domain name, you can contact the staff by following the link on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#reverse-a-site-deletion

  If you wish to start fresh, you can empty site by following the steps in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
