  Hi there!

  I see that your site is hosted by Bluehost, not us at WordPress.com. I think you were reading this guide for clearing the site cache and contacted us to enable the option for your site. But that guide is only applicable for sites hosted on WordPress.com. It doesn’t apply to WordPress.org sites.

  Your host, Bluehost, may have other ways to clear your site cache. Please contact them so that they can help you with that.
