I would like to clear all content from my blog including the template so that i can start over

You have two options for emptying blog content and retaining the blog URL.
option 1
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog, you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

If you have lots of content and are willing to wait, Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:
(1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible. -
Themes are just “skins”. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

It seems we cannot find what you are looking for. Perhaps try a search?There is nothing wrong with your site. By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it.
