  Hi,

  You could also do it by manually deleting the contents. An automated process is available which can be performed by a Staff. Here is more details about the manual and automatic processes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  However, please confirm that you understand that this is a permanent act. Once emptied, that deleted content cannot be recovered.
