  I am trying to clear the content of my blog, but I do want to keep the URL.

  You can follow the guide here https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ if you are wanting to clear the content yourself.

  Or if you want someone from WordPress.com support to do it for you I think the best thing to do would be to bring this question to a Moderator/Staff members attention by adding the modlook tag to it per the forum help guidelines here.
