  Hi there, I was originally using my account for portfolio reasons, but now I no longer need it for that purpose. I would like to dump all my content/empty my site please! It told me to ‘contact’ the team, yet is directing me to a forum…confusing. How do I proceed?

  Have you taken a look at this support page?

  It describes how you can use bulk edit to delete your posts, pages, categories, tags and media.

  Go to :

  My Sites -> Settings

  Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page to “Delete your site permanently”

  Follow the steps to confirm permanent deletion of your site.

  @sydneyeburns following the information that @jennysihua gave you, you can empty out your site content without losing your current site address, which cannot be recovered. If you have a lot of site content that needs clearing you can add the MODLOOK tag to this forum post for Staff assistance with this.

  @yoga1103 – Thanks for your assistance. However, deleting a site is not the same as clearing its content. Please be cautious when suggesting deleting a site unless the poster has specifically requested site deletion. Permanently deleting a site means the user will not be able to reuse their current site address and Staff cannot recover it for them. Cheers.
