  Could you empty my site but I want to keep the URL and site active still, just want to start from fresh?

  Hi there, you can empty your site’s content yourself: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you want staff to do it, please say so here and add the “modlook” tag, but also please be aware that staff clearing your content is an irreversible process.
