Hey! I just noticed that your subdomain “blog.artscroll.com” is connected to the WordPress.com site. I got confused because the main domain isn’t.
To clear your site’s cache, a site needs to have a Business, eCommerce, or Pro plan active.
If your site has one of those plans active, you should contact Hapinness Engineers to help you clear the cache, as suggested here: https://wordpress.com/support/clear-your-sites-cache/#clear-your-sites-cache

I deleted this file from my account but the link still works

WHy do I need to pay for a pro plan?!

There’s no need to pay for a Pro plan for that.
Uploaded files are cached across our data centers and, once deleted from the Media Library, are always purged from the cache automatically within 24 hours.
We’re always happy to purge it manually for you too, if you can share the file’s URL, which I have done now. :)
