Clear My Site [Uncustomize a template provided theme]

    I’ve been messing around with setting up a site and would like to wipe it clean to start from scratch. There are no current posts or tags or anything I need to worry about as I am still in experimental mode.

    My issue is with the theme I selected [twentysixteen]. I love it, and started customizing it, but now I can’t undo what I’ve customized.

    I’ve attempted to change themes [select, and activate], then go BACK to the theme [twentysixteen]…yet the old settings are still there.

    In other words, I want to ‘reset’ a theme that I customized. I essesntially want the theme to be started from scratch.

    ANY HELP is much appreciated.
