  How do I clear out the old stuff from various jetpack connections to self-hosted sites that no longer exist and start fresh with a free wordpress site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey leadingfrompurpose,

  You can disconnect your self-hosted website from Jetpack using your WordPress.com account.

  If you wish to use your existing domain name, you require any of the paid plans. But if you wish to have a free website, simply, use your existing account to choose the name of your site and start publishing.
