"clear personal data" demand from other site

Is this legitimate, or anything i need to be worried about? (I didn’t click on any of the links.) I have nothing to do with this site, never subscribed, it’s not mine, but i got the following email this AM:

If you don’t have any association with inhabitat, I would suspect it is a phishing email, but I’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention as well for their input. Given the holidays, replies may be somewhat delayed. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

Also, any email sent from WordPressdotcom has @wordpress.com as the sending domain. If the email was sent from something like wordpress @ somethingelse.com then it wasn’t from WordPressdotcom

That email is not from WordPress.com. The email address that it came from is not ours, and the signature is from inhabitat not WordPress.com.
