It’s not possible to clear yous stats. If this is something you’d like to do, I’d suggest creating a new site.

What’s the domain in question?
You won’t be able to create a different site using the same free .wordpress.com subdomain, even if you close the current site the address will be unavailable forever.

Okay, you’re talking about a site that is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with InMotion Hosting.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. So if I get a WordPress.com u get the same domain, deleting my old one will the stats be cleared?

On WordPress.com things work differently than on WordPress.org.
If you create a new site here, on WordPress com and then map or transfer your custom domain it will be completely independent of your current site.The domain is just an address, it does not contain your site, it just helps others to get to it :)
For WordPress.org you’re likely using Jetpack stats so you can also ask for help here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
