Clearing content

We would like to keep our url (heartmemphis.wordpress.com) but we would like to completely clear all content and start over from square one. Is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, this is possible.
If you have little content and would like to empty and start over fresh, the link below provides instructions on doing so.

If you have a lot of content need assistance from Staff, they can assist with emptying a site if needed. Use the “modlook” tag on the sidebar to have Staff take a look and assist. You will also need to confirm the site url and state that you understand this is permanent.
You also have the option to rename the site and keep both names. The old content will be moved over to the new name, and the old name will be empty. Just make sure you pay attention to each step and do not delete anything unless you’re positive that’s what you want to do.

If I delete the site altogether, will I be able to reuse the URL when I create a new blog?

Removing content and deactivating/deleting a site are two different things.
If you delete content, you keep the same URL. You’re just creating a clean slate to start over fresh. You have the option of changing your URL, but if you do, it will become unavailable for you or anyone else to use in the future.
Same goes with deactivating/deleting. If you do that, you will not be able to reuse it.
