  I want to clear all content from my blog, in order to start over with a different content and approach

  The support details the process of emptying all the content from your site:

  Empty Your Site to Start Fresh

  If you have tons of content on your blog, staff can do it for you, but you have the ability to empty the content yourself with bulk actions. Hopefully that helps!
