Clearing content

I want to clear my original sight of all content, but retain the site and url for future use. I am sure of this choice. Is there a possible way to do this?
I also want to totally retain with no changes, my second wordpress.com site which is tied to my original SillyWhabbit page.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All blogs are independent sites and whatever you do on one blog has no effects on the other blogs registered under the same username account.
You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to delete the content in the blog.
You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
