clearing email notifications

Hi I’m having trouble clearing my email notification settings so that I can set up a new contact form. How do you clear everything and start from scratch?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not clear on how to do that myself. I assumed we can delete all the feedback from contact forms in bulk mode but I could be wrong.

Hi!
I’m not quite sure what you mean by the following:
I’m having trouble clearing my email notification settings so that I can set up a new contact form.
Are you having trouble directing the feedback to a specific email address? Sorry if I’m missing something simple!

Hi
Thanks for getting back to me.
The issue I’m having is with adding contact forms to pages.
For example, since my blog is a news blog I have a page for News Tips. On that page I inserted a contact form so people can contact me with their tips. The problem is that it doesn’t appear blank like it should.
The top 2 fields: <name> <email> are already filled with my User name and Email addy, whereas they should be blank so that the sender can enter his/her own info.
Am I missing something? Are the fields already filled out with my info because I’m a user and it autofills? Would the fields appear blank to a site visitor? -

Yep! You hit the nail on the head here. When you’re logged into WordPress.com, we pre-fill the form for you. However, logged out visitors would see a blank form. Logged-in users would see their information. If you would like, you can test this by logging out of WordPress.com and then viewing the contact form on your page.
