Clearing my cache

I can download the some plugins, but I cannot connect and activate some including Elementor Pro and Google AdSense. My license for elementor pro produces an error code after I log into my WordPress after supposedly activating it. My URLs are the same in Settings, so I don’t know what is wrong, but I am hearing that clearing my cache might help, but I needed to post it here to get ‘permission’ or a link to do it.

You’ll want to go there for most of your future support questions. I say “most” because in some cases it’s best you reach out directly to the creators of a plugin or theme you have questions about.
