Clearing out all the posts
-
Hello Support
We have migrated our site to the url above, currently when trying to access posts on /wp-admin/edit.php, this is returning a 502 error. `
I have tried disabling and enabling my plugins that I have installed one by one, this doesn’t seem to have fixed which leads me to believe that this is something to do with the database.
If possible i would like to create all the posts (except pages and events post types) from the database and then as i have an xml export from the previous site I should be able to re-import these and make any changes to clear this up.
How could i achieved this?
Kind regards
Callistus

Hey there Callistus, for whatever reason, the URL didn’t come through. Is it hosted here with us?
A 502 error usually indicates the server is overloaded. Can you try changing your screen options to only show a few at once, to see if that helps?
Going forward, these forums are for the sites hosted here on our servers. If you use other hosting, there is another forum for the free WordPress software. You can find that here:

Hi Staff Quasir
The website i am referring to is https://thezaizi.wpcomstaging.com.
I am actually unable to edit the screen options as i cannot enter the view for /wp-admin/edit.php.
I agree it may be an overload, i think the maybe have been an issue with the import that we did using a plugin.
So just want to clear the posts out and import them using jetpack.
But currently cannot do this via the admin panel or a plugin. It would require access the database which we do not have.
This is wehere we need the assitance.
hope that makes sense
Kind regards
Callistus

Thanks for that information.
We don’t have access to view that site which is on WordPres.com Business and has not been launched yet.
Please have the owner of the site contact live chat support about this from their account page:

Since your
casirvathamuser account is not associated with this site, there’s not much else we can advise with.I hope that clarifies things.
