I am so frustrated. i save my draft, I preview, and then I post, voila! just as i want it., Then when I clicik to see all my posts, the new posting is gone, or the picture is gone and the layout looks goofy. Can someone please help me? If I have to keep fixing and reposting numerous times It doesn’t save my revisions.,I am just going to quit. I don’t need this frustration, Please help me! thanks, germn8r

It’s a known bug. Seems to happen when you make more than one post in 24 hours; the post goes out on RSS and email subscription, but vanishes from the blog itself.
See if it’s still on your Dashboard Posts page, and if you can edit it to be public. Until the bug is fixed, use an offline blog editor like Windows Live Writer to make your posts, so you always have a copy.

Thanks raincoaster. I only blog once a day at most. Although I try to post the same post multiple times. I do write it up on Microsoft Word but wordpress messes up the structure badly and won’t post the picture. I have tried your ideas but still no luck. argh,ruins my love of writing! Appreciate your help!

Don’t use Word. Use Windows Live Writer, which is web-compliant (Word is SO NOT! it will screw up your blog eventually) and works very similarly.
