Click and Collect Royal Mail

    hiya,
    i have Click and collect integrated in to Woo commerce, all been great for a year or so, but a few weeks ago click and collect started picking up product weights incorrectly, over these few weeks its got worse, now click and collect picks up all items as 0.150kg or 0.190kg, but the weight stated in woocommerce is far greater, like ive said, this only started a few weeks back, any info would be gratefully received.

    A good first step is to check and see if any updates are needed to your plugins, WordPress installation, or any extensions you have enabled with WooCommerce.

    swimbler.co.uk isn’t hosted by WordPress.com. It’s set up on a stand alone WordPress installation and with that version you have to take care of all the maintenance like updates.

    Running a site health check will also help you investigate any potential conflicts.
