Click Menu- Scroll down to the first block

  Hello,
  I would like to add a CSS so that when a menu button is clicked, it scrolls down that assigned page to the first block on the page.

  Currently, the CSS code that I have been trying has it scrolling to the first block but not sticking or staying there?

  Have you tried page jumps via anchor links?
