Click subscribe and it brings me to rubbish!

When I checked the subscribe button on my site, it goes to http://sellingsolutions.wordpress.com/feed/rss/
Which is a page of html or rubbish to me. I had expected it to subscribe to a mailing list or a feed someone else could use to track my blog.
What do I need to do to get it to add them to a mailing list?

After clicking this, I was prompted to add your site’s RSS feed to my reader, which I did. Your posts now appear in my RSS reader, as you can see here:

RSS feeds only work if you have a default RSS reader connected to your browser, so the browser knows how to open them. They don’t deliver posts by email – instead they require some type of RSS reader to interpret the RSS code.
If you’d like your subscribers to receive posts by email, they can use the subscription box that appears here:
