'Click to tweet' links on WordPress.com ?

  Is there a functionality on WordPress.com that allows to prepare tweets so users can Tweet a ‘prepared’ tweet on their Twitter Timeline …

  Like if I want to raise awaress on an issue or diffuse an information about a book, event, website or even prepare a series of Tweets for a Tweetstorm ?

  For instance I’d like to create a page where user can Tweet informative videos on Palestine’s History

  ‘One of the best primer video on the israel-Palestine conflict by Palestine Information Project:

  I’d like to have a page on Videos and one on Books where people can quickly disseminate info in their own TL

  I’ve seen a plug in called ‘Click to Tweet’ and want to know if the same functionality is available on WordPress.com that this plug in offers to Self-Hosted sites …
