  Sorry, you can’t add any plugins on WordPress.com blogs. By default, there is already a tweet button below each post. So I think there’s no need for that plugin !!

  I’m looking to put the “tweet this” link for specific quotes within the post – a different function that the tweet button currently available.

  Ah! I understood your will but WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to do so. Well, as an alternative way, you can embed the twitter sharer link on those quotes, I,e. when the readers click on them, they will get redirected to the sharing page.
