Click upload image icon didn't load the overlay

Hi,
I have searched both Google and here and can’t seems to find the answer for my question.
Here’s what I’ve suffered.
After upgraded to the latest version 3.3.1 of WP, I can’t upload an image. To be more specific, while I’m trying to Post a New Article, I clicked the upload image icon and didn’t get the image uploader overlay shown.
I’m using Chrome and have tried in Firefox as well.
When I clicked the icon, there’s no error, nothing changed. Does anyone know why?Danny
