Clicking install.php does not do anything

  I am in the process of installing WordPress via Cpanel X. I think I entered all the info correctly in the wp-config.php. After I click install.php, DreamWeaver opens and I get a bunch of codes that I don’t understand.

  What should I do? Where do I begin?

  You are in the wrong forum. You want to install wordpress.org and you are at wordpress.com
