clicking links opens my account

  Hi, I’m hoping someone there might have info/advice to resolve this problem:

  When I post links (to posts on other people’s blogs), clicking the links results in my own account being open. I’m concerned that individuals who click on the links may have access to my WP account to the point of being able to post ‘as me’ or make changes in my account.
  I tried signing out but that didn’t work- when I click a link it automatically signs me back in.
  Would anyone have a solution?
