Clicking on a category in my blog fetches content from other blogs.

  When I click on a category in my blog the page loaded is not my blog page but a list of entries about that category from all blogs. This still happens if I am logged out.

  This is because the categories are globally linked in WordPress.com. This allows your blog content to be linked with other content of the same nature, and helps to make your blog even more popular.
