Hi there, @infoe6dc1742909!
Thanks for reaching out.
Just to confirm here, are you having the issue mentioned on the site https://flexiboom.com/ or https://woo-practically-stupendous-dolphin.wpcomstaging.com/?
We only provide support for WordPress.com hosted sites here (like your site https://woo-practically-stupendous-dolphin.wpcomstaging.com). Saying that, we do offer specific WooCommerce support here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
If you are having an issue with your store, the first step would be to rule out conflicts. A good first troubleshooting step is to deactivate all of your plugins (except for WooCommerce). If the issue disappears then reactivate one plugin at a time. Refresh your page each time you reactivate a plugin to see what causes the issue to return.
Still having the issue? Try activating a theme like Storefront to rule out theme conflicts.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your quick reply!
Hello!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you via this automated email.
In this example, WordPress has detected that one of your plugins, WooCommerce, is in error.
First, visit your website (https://flexiboom.com/) and check for any visible issues. Then, visit the page where the error occurred (https://flexiboom.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=wc-processing&post_type=shop_order) and check for any visible issues.
————————— This is the content of the email message I received.
I can access the admin console normally, but once I click on the order option for WooCommerce, I get the error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your webmaster inbox for instructions.
We have ruled out that it’s not the theme, we removed WooCommerce and installed it again and still have the same problem.
Please let me know what to do next.

Thanks for the additional information! Since flexiboom.com isn’t actually hosted here with us on WordPress.com we don’t have a great way to check it over unfortunately. Since you mention that it’s not the theme, it does sound like perhaps a different plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce and therefore the site breaks when you try to open an order.
As mentioned by
mishiveethe best place for help would be the WooCommerce folks directly:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerceThat said, given that it may be a conflict between plugins (or potentially a plugin which needs updating), perhaps our guide for working through and troubleshooting plugins could be useful to you!

Ok, we have contacted woocommerce support and waiting for a reply.
We have updated woocommerce to the latest version and this should be a plugin incompatibility issue.
