Clicking on buttons to edit my website in WordPress, and the windows won't open

  Hi there! I am trying to click on certain buttons to edit my website, but when I click on them, such as the “customize” button, “themes” button, “users”, etc., nothing is happening. The window won’t open anything. This is a new development, in the past 2 days. I would greatly appreciate help with this.

  That site is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM so be clear on that. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
