Clicking on "More" link

  Is there a way to change what happens after the “More” link is clicked. Instead of having the page go the line on the page where the post continues, I would just rather have the link go to the top of the referring page–similar to what happens when you click on the post title.

  I’m unaware of anyway to do this with CSS.
