Clicking on my blog-link brings the viewer to the homepage instead. How come?

  Can someone help me with this?

  Some people on WordPress have notified me that they’re unable to log onto my wordpress blog (www.kissthefish.wordpress.com or http://kissthefish.wordpress.com/).

  Whenever they try clicking onto the link, it brings them back to the homepage instead of my blog? Anyone know what is the problem there?

  I’ve checked my privacy settings and its already set to “I would like my blog to appear in search engines like Google and Sphere, and in public listings around WordPress.com.”

  Some other friends not on WordPress have no issues visiting my blog though. I also have no issues opening my blog even when I am not logged in.

  Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

  Mark: hey mark, did you? : ) i can’t really test it myself, since it always works on my end. I’ll just have to wait and see if the others can log onto my site now. Thanks again!!

  I get to kissthefish just fine, but the blog linked to your name, pulpoid.wordpress.com appears broken and takes me to the wordpress homepage.

  [edit: it appears like the blog linked to your name is private as I just got the “protected” and login screen.]

  oh …. i see … i have 2 wordpress blogs attached to one name pulpoid.

  but in that case how do i get viewers to link straight to kissthefish instead of pupoid?

  If you are talking about the link to your name here in the forums, go to the top of the forum page and click on “view your profile” then click on “edit” and change the URL in the “website” field and then press “update profile.”
