Client called, her site is down… NEED HELP ASAP

  Cant figure out how to contact someone from WordPress support. I’ve gone through 20 different forum reads and all variations of putting site into maintenance mode but I cannot even access admin panel and am trying to do it from PHP or other methods.

  HELP!!! How can I speak with WordPress Support agent?

  This is a new client of mine, her old web dev team has failed her and I am trying to resolve this prior to her presentation… How can quickly on server side switch into maintenance?

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
