Client cannot access account

Hey all,
I have a client that came to me for help with her free blog. I am a WordPress.org developer and it is much easier to go in and change passwords in different ways. Her problem is that she hasn’t been able to access her blog in over a year and a half. Now she really wants to get into it BUT her password is incorrect and the email she has on file is too old and she has no clue which email address it is. So she has no access. Any suggestions on how to get into it?

While your client is logged out have them visit this page and fill in as much as they can – that info will be sent to the recovery group – did they have any upgrades on the blog? If so digging out that info will help – if not – still fill out the form

She should check her email – I left a comment on her blog and it is being held for moderation, odds are the address for the comment moderation is the same one as the blog is registered with
