client frontend login issues dependent on admin session

I tried a test to check how long my client is able to login successfully to the website,
it started when the client tried to login but it failed , then after I opened my wordpress admin workbench with my admin user then the client tried to log in and he logged in successfully
he’s kept trying to login after I exit my wordpress workbench , he was able to login successfully for 3 days untill his log in failed suddenly after these 3 days
so I was trying to link why after several days he failed suddenly to login but am not able to find out the issue
I don’t expect that there are plugin conflict since once I login with my wordpress admin the client is able to login
any ideas how can I track the issue ? and any suggestions?

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://vida-360.com – nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account for login. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org
