Client hired me to rebuild his website but he does not have the admin info..

  Helllo, my name is chrystian bourassa and i’m a web developer.. my client asked me to rebuild http://travelwithmansoor.com/ for him as he did not like the look.. He gave me his wp-admin account.

  The problem is that is not the admin account and he does not know it at all… he said he hired a web developer which he can’t reach anymore…

  I essentially need the admin account so we can work on his site.. i am block at this point because my client Mansoor Ladha does not know his admin account as well and have no access to this man who made his site..

  Hi @uhurunakazi,

  You will need to ask the user to reach out to WordPress.com support directly to gain access to their account. If they do not remember any details from their account, the best method would be for them to fill out the form here:
