Client not able to view Videopress videos

  I have a private section on my WP site that houses a series of videos that were produced via videopress. Everything has worked fine for about a year and with over 80 users. Now, today a new user was not able to view the videos even though while we were on the phone together I had no trouble viewing them.

  He has a high speed internet connection — tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer on a Dell laptop. He could see the original screen with the large triangle in it but after clicking on it, the screen went blank.

  Any suggestions what might be wrong and more importantly how to correct it?
