Client paid for personal plan but not showing up?
-
I sent my client a link to pay for the £3 a month plan, which she did – but it’s not showing when I go to edit her page! Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The site, soulsingerdotcodotuk.wordpress.com, belongs to your account, you are the only user on that site, and your account has never bought any upgrades on WordPress.com.
The only way your client would have been able to pay for an upgrade on that site is if they were logged into a WordPress.com account that is an Admin on the site. As your account is the only user and the only admin, that means they’d have had to be logged into your account to make payment for that site.
What link exactly did you send your client, and what is their WordPress.com username that they used to make payment?
-
Argh – knew it was too simple they way I tried it!
Her username is funkyjazzshoes
Is it possible to apply her payment to https://wordpress.com/view/soulsingerdotcodotuk.wordpress.com ?
-
Okay, I do see a recent Personal Plan purchase on that account, but for a different site.
We can help transfer the upgrade to the site in your account, but the funkyjazzshoes will need to comment here to authorize that.
-
funkyjazzshoes should write back to us here and we will be able to help you proceed with the transfer.

Yes please . I authorise the update. Miranda Robertson has my full authority. Thank you

Thanks for the confirmation, @funkyjazzshoes!
I have moved both the personal plan and mapping subscriptions over to @frequentflyersmarketing’s account under the site soulsingerdotcodotuk.wordpress.com.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
