Client wants easy to use plugin for content editing

  Hi,

  I will be building a website for a client who will want to update the website themselves ie. change headings, paragraph text, and add images and video.
  They do not know any code and would be very nervous about going near the site to try and make content changes.
  Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow them to make these content changes and do so in a very easy to understand and approachable way for a non coder ? Thanks.
