Hi there!
Can you please tell us a bit more about what exactly you mean by “enable editor user comments”?
Details on how to enable and manage comments on your site, you can find in the link below:

My client wants to be able to add revisions notes somewhere on each WP page instead of going into a word doc and writing everything there.
I have never heard of this – but I thought I would at least ask.

That’s interesting, it’s not something we’ve really heard of either. Do you happen to have any sites (does not have to be WordPress) that they are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate? Are these revisions to be notes that are visible to visitors on the site? or more intended to be something that only site admins can see in a private area, such as the page editor?
. If it’s something private in the admin area, it will likely require upgrading the site to our WordPress.com Business Plan, which would allow the ability to add any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress”
This would open up the possibility to add plugins to add new functionality (similar to apps on your phone) such as a way to leave private editorial notes. If it’s a public-facing feature then it may not require an upgrade, though in either event it will help if you have a bit more info. Thanks!

Thanks for validating my hunch! I believe he was thinking the free WP template he chose would have the option to leave notes like other software like Adobe. But that really would be a great add-on to invent :)
