Clientric.co is having an internal server error – need FTP credentials

  I can’t seem to access WordPress Live Chat or email as my website seems to be corrupt.

  I’m in need of obtaining my FTP credentials but I can’t access support to get them. Is there another way to contact support?

  Also, what happens when you try to contact support directly with this link?https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  I wasn’t able to see the issues you’re seeing, so would you be willing to see if you have the same problem in another browser?

  @supernovia I got the credentials, hired someone on upwork to fix it, turns out they said it’s a memory issue and we need someone from WordPress to fix it!!
  
  I still can’t access chat and no one’s getting back to me via email. It’s critical my site get’s back up and running today as we will be doing an event and need it to be working.
  
  Can you please help or is there a direct email you can send us or phone number? Please get back to me directly if you can send any specific info. This is a Critical error for my business and i’m frustrated I can’t get access to anyone because my site is an “unrecognized site”. I’m a paying customer and should have access to support at all times!!

  Thanks for the follow up. I’m working on this now and have asked our team to take a closer look as the problem is not immediately obvious. I can confirm the site is not working properly.

  @staff-zinnia It was working with limited capacity as the theme was removed, I tried to go to the back-up but it crashed again. I know it was working at that time. So there seems to be something else at play here.?
