Clientric.co is having an internal server error – Need WordPress help ASAP!!

  I can’t access live support due to an “unrecognized website” error as my site is down. I need someone from WordPress to reach out ASAP as this is CRITICAL for my business. We are running an event and need this up right away.
  
  I hired someone from UpWork who said it’s a memory issue, tried to update the memory limit it did nothing and he said we now need to contact you to get this up and running.
  
  I’ve submitted two tickets internally so far with no response. Is someone able to help today to get this fixed? Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  
  Any help is greatly appreciated. As a paying customer, I should be able to access support at all times please fix the “unrecognized site” issue.
