Clients can't access my website

  Good day,
  I often get clients contacting me and saying that they can’t access our website? Then I check and I can see it on my PC and Cellphone.

  I am supposed to be upgrading my WordPress?
  Could it be their internet browser?
  Could it be the hosting company as we own both http://www.visabox.co.za and http://www.visa-box.co.za?
