Client's whole site/account down!

  My client’s website is http://www.balancedlifecentre.ca and it won’t load (for a couple of days now) and I also cannot log into her account. It says that her account doesn’t exist.

  I’ve tried on Safari, chrome, I tried on my phone, she tried on hers as well. Nothing is working. On Google Chrome, it says “www.balancedlifecentre.ca’s server DNS address could not be found.” On Safari it says that it cannot find the server.

  How do I correct this for her? I can’t even log into her account to ask the question from her website.

  http://www.balancedlifecentre.ca expired 2017/11/21 and is in redemption.

  Thank you so much!! That was going to be my next question depending on whatever someone responded with… She’s confused as to how it happened since it never happened before and apparently she never got an e-mail about it. So strange. Thank you!

  balancedlifecentre.ca was not registered through WordPress.com, so I’d suggest you contact the registrar. I see Canadian Domain Name Services Inc. listed when doing a whois check.

  The site itself is also not hosted here at WordPress.com – the DNS is pointed to dns1.atmwebdesign.com.
