I recently moved my domain name (mycolloids.com) to weebly. Everything seemed to have worked fine but I cannot publish my website and when I look up my domain name in Whois I can see that it has this status ‘clientTransferProhibited’. They suggest that ‘If you do want to transfer your domain, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.’ However I cannot find a way to contact people at WordPress for help. I also don’t understand why I received confirmation emails that says that the transfer went fine when it clearly didn’t! Any advice?
