Cloaked Links

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why my links are cloaked with ?goto= I do use pretty links to cloak a lot of my links but there are others that I do not want cloaked and my site is automatically doing this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
